Heard, Mr. Jaybhar, learned Advocate appearing for the applicants.

Applicants seeks to quash and set aside the order dated 16.04.2024 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, thereby refusing registration of appeal. 3.

Mr. Jaybhar, learned Advocate for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections within period of four weeks from today. However, since application is moved

29-ca-1239-2025 with delay of 227 days, some cause needs to be imposed. Hence, following order.

ORDER

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'C' and 'D' subject to condition that applicant removes office objection within period of four weeks from today and also deposits cost of Rs. 1000/- to Library, Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad.

ii) In case of failure to remove office objections or deposit the costs, the order of Registrar dated 07.05.2024 shall govern the proceeding.
