PER COURT:

1] The issue raised in the present petition is no more res-integra and is covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P. No. 12269 of 2015 with connected writ petitions. For the reasons recorded by the Division Bench while disposing of the aforesaid writ petitions, the instant petitions also deserve to be disposed of.

2] We deem it appropriate to relegate the parties to the Tribunal for consideration of the claim of the petitioners claiming pay scale as per the order dated 29.10.2012 issued by the respondent No.2. The impugned orders are, therefore, quashed and set aside. Parties are relegated to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for considering the case of the petitioners afresh. Parties shall appear before the Tribunal on 29th September, 2016. The Tribunal shall decide the original application presented by the petitioners afresh having regard to the prayers made in the Original Application. Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
