Applicants seek to withdraw amount of Rs. 11,94,122/- deposited by the respondent acquiring body. In the similarly situated matter this Court permitted to receive 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety. I propose to follow the same course. 2.

The civil application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to receive 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The civil application is
