The appeal was filed at the instance of appellant - Vivek s/o. Balaji Khandewad challenging the order passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court dated 14.09.2017 in Petition No.A-100 of 2017. During the pendency of the appeal, the parties submitted compromise-deed before this Court. During the pendency of the appeal an affidavit is filed at the instance of Mr.Vijaykumar s/o. Nilkanthrao Ladgire, the father of respondent - Deepika w/o. Vivek Khandewad, stating that Deepika w/o. Vivek Khandewad expired on 14.03.2018. A copy of death certificate issued by the Competent Authority is placed on record.

In view of these facts, nothing remains in the appeal and the appeal abates. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
