Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 makes a statement and also stated on affidavit-in-reply that the petitioner's revised plan would be considered according to Law and a decision would be taken

2 WP 12294/2015 within eight weeks from today. In the meantime he assured the Court that no coersive action will be taken against the petitioner's work. In case of adverse order on his revised plan, the action will be kept in abeyance for two weeks from the date of the adverse order. With this direction, the purpose of this petition is over.
