This is an Application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased-Applicant No.1-Gulab Apparao Badadale and deceased-Applicant No.1/2-Baswaraj Gulab Badadale. The Applicants/Original Claimants to be the legal heirs of both the deceased persons. The copy of death certificate of the deceased showing the names of Gulab Apparao Badadale and Baswaraj Gulab Badadale are annexed with the Application. The copy of the legal heirs certificate issued by the Competent Court showing the Applicants as legal heirs of the said two deceased persons is placed on record. 2.

The Respondent-Acquiring Body has no objection to allow

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D).
