This is an application for restoration of the appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Perused the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 665 days caused in filing the application for restoration of the appeal deserves to be condoned and the application deserves to be allowed conditionally. The application is conditionally allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to the removal of office objections within two weeks from today.

It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, this application shall be deemed to be rejected without further reference to the Court.
