By this application, the prayer is made to continue the ad-interim relief that was granted vide order dated 18.04.2017. Appeal is admitted. The perusal of the order sheet shows that on 18.04.2017 while issuing notice in Civil Application No.3845/2017, this Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "B". However, it was till returnable date only. Thereafter, vide order dated 12th April, 2018 again interim relief was continued and it was in operation till 26.04.2018. There are further orders regarding continuation of the interim relief time to time. Lastly, it was continued vide order dated 24th June, 2019. Thereafter, the second appeal came to be admitted by framing substantial questions of law vide order dated 22nd October, 2019. It appears that inadvertently the interim relief as granted was not continued.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the case is made out to allow this application. Hence, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
