The learned Advocate for the Applicants / Claimants is present. 2.

On 18.12.2025 since none appeared for the Acquiring Body, it was observed that, if none appears for the Acquiring Body on the next date, the Application will be heard and decided in their absence and the matter was kept on 19.12.2025. The order dated 19.12.2025 shows that, the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body sought time and the matter is kept today. However, none appears for the Acquiring Body. 3.

According to the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the Spl. Land Acquisition Officer has granted the rate of Rs.1100/- per Are for acquired lands and the learned Reference Court has enhanced the same to Rs.4000/- per Are for dry land and Rs.8000/- per Are for

the irrigated land. He submits that, the enhancement is within four (4) times. He further submits that, the connected Appeals arising out of the same acquisition proceedings are withdrawn by the Acquiring Body before the National Lok-Adalat dated 14.09.2019 bearing First Appeal (St) No.5056 of 2018 with connected matters. He submits that, the Applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon. 4.

In view of the above, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount under the Award deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon on furnishing regular undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and subject to furnishing the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the competent Court in favour of the Applicants. The Application stands disposed off.
