This Writ Petition is filed for challenging the order passed by the learned Tahasildar Wadawani, Tq. Wadawani, Dist. Beed under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. There is remedy provided under Section 143 of the Code. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 2.

The petition stands disposed of.
