Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.

Applicants seek to condone delay of 696 days caused in filing appeal against judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under provisions of Land Acquisition Act. 3.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein. It appears that delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigencies and procedural aspects that require to be followed by applicants. No malafides are discernible in making delay. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay. Contents of civil application are not controverted by respondent. In that view of matter, case is made out to condone the delay.

Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 696 days caused in filing appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
