ORDER :

Learned A.G.P., on instructions received from the office of Respondent No.2, makes a statement that tribe claim of the Petitioner will be decided as expeditiously as possible, however, within FOUR WEEKS from today.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that though the order is passed by Respondent No.3 on 25th October, 2018, as a matter of fact, admission of the Petitioner is not yet cancelled. In the light of statement made by the counsel appearing for the Petitioner, and in case Petitioner's admission is not yet cancelled in pursuance of the order passed by Respondent No.3 on 25th October, 2018, Respondent No.3 is directed to maintain status-quo as to the admission of the Petitioner to the Engineering Course, Ist year, till the tribe claim of the Petitioner is decided or four weeks from today,

whichever occurs earlier.

In the light of statement made by learned A.G.P., the Writ Petition stands disposed of. .
