Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P for the respondent State.

The learned A.P.P states that the trial is likely to be concluded within two months as per information supplied to him. Only four witnesses remained to be examined. In the light of these facts and considering serious allegations against the applicant, there appears no substance in the application. However, the learned trial Court is directed to finish the trial within two months from today. 3.
