This is an application for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives of deceased/appellant on record.

The deceased appellant is survived by five legal heirs. However, only four have moved the present application. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant makes an oral motion seeking permission to add name of Nagesh Shivdas Reddy, the other legal heir of deceased/appellant are non applicant in

Leave is granted, amendment be carried out forthwith. 5.

For the reasons mentioned, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs is condoned, abatement of appeal is set aside and permission is granted to bring legal representatives of deceased/appellant on record. Name of Nagesh Shivdas Reddy be arrayed as respondent No.2 in the appeal. 6.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the name of deceased appellant is written as Shrinivas. The correct name is Shivdas.
