This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.1 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner for verification of her caste certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadeo, Scheduled Tribe, pending with the Scrutiny Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today; and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, Respondents No.2 and 3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of her failure to tender validity certificate.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
