ORDER :

1.

The Petitioner claims to be belonging to "Mannerwarlu", Scheduled Tribe and has been admitted to medical course in Respondent No.2 College as against the seat earmarked for Scheduled Tribe category. Caste certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner is transmitted, along with requisite proposal, to Respondent No.1 Scrutiny Committee for validation and the proposal is stated to be pending.

In the facts of the case, this Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe claim validation proposal in respect of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of ONE YEAR from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile Respondent No.2 College

is directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner on the ground of her failure to produce caste validation certificate. Respondent No.3 - University shall permit the Petitioner to appear for examination.

4.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
