The application is filed for bringing legal heirs of sole applicant Aziz-Ur-Raheman, who admittedly died on 27.04.2021, by condoning the delay of 515 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks.
