Te petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 30 November 2018 granting an interim order in the appeal filed by the respondent No.2 against the order of disqualification. Te learned A.G.P. states that he has received telephonic instructions that the appeal is fixed on 9 January 2019 and it would be decided on that date.

In these circumstances, it is not necessary to interfere in the impugned order. All contentions of the parties on merits of the
