The transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 184 of 2016 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar is sought to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik, which prayer is opposed on the ground that the proceedings are

It was suggested to the respondent to deposit Rs.1000/- towards travelling expenses of the applicant and one companion, and out of pocket expenses, to which, he has not responded.

Considering the convenience of the applicant and the fact that other three proceedings are already pending in the Court at Nashik, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
