Civil application by applicants for impleadment of the proposed respondent Nos. 10 to 12 as parties to the contempt petition are sought. No affidavit is filed by respondents. 2.

In our view, the applicants have made out the case for impleadment of the proposed respondents as respondent Nos. 10 to 12 in the array of the Contempt Petition. Therefore, the applicants are also granted leave to amend the Civil Application.

In so far as the names of the applicant Nos. 4 and 6 in the Civil Application as well as in the contempt petition No. 93 of 2013 are concerned, amendment be carried out within one week from today.

Amended copy of the Contempt Petition be served upon respondents including the proposed respondents Nos. 10 to 12 within a week from the date of order.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
