Heard Mr. Kawade, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 11.01.2022 passed by the learned District Collector, Jalna in File No.2021/GA/GPR/CR-198, whereby the petitioner was disqualified on the ground that the petitioner incurred disqualification under Section 14(j-1) on account of having a third child after 12.09.2001.

After considering the record, the District Collector found that the petitioner was having four children and fourth child was born on 10.04.2004. Therefore, on that count alone, he was disqualified. The same was also confirmed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad vide its order dated 03.11.2022. 4.

After going through the record, it was proved that the petitioner had a fourth child after the cut-off date. Therefore, both the

948-wp-15849-2023.odt (2) authorities had passed reasoned orders. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by both the authorities. 5.
