Read the communication dated 7th October 2021. The letter for extension of one year for disposal of Regular Criminal Case No.121 of 2016 is received from Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Akole, Dist-Ahmednagar. It is informed that due to lock-down declared by the State the parties remained absent and it is also informed that due to oversight the application for extension of time remained to be forwarded. The learned Judge has informed that now regular functioning of the

cwp1900.19 Court has been commenced since 7th September 2021 and sought extension of time for disposal of the case. 2.

As one year period is already over, we deem it appropriate to grant further extension of six months to dispose of the case as directed.

Inform the learned Judge, accordingly.
