ORDER:

Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners would not press the prayers made in the present writ petitions with regard to challenge of the order of the Tribunal passed in their Original Applications. The petitioners are satisfied with the order passed by the Tribunal. The respondents be directed to implement the said order.

We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State.

In case the order passed by the Tribunal assailed in the present writ petitions is accepted by the respondents, then there is no impediment for the respondents to implement the order passed by the Tribunal. The order passed by the Tribunal shall be implemented expeditiously, preferably within six months.
