This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on tribe validation claim in respect of the Petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of ONE YEAR from today and it is accordingly directed.

2.

In the meanwhile the Respondent No.3 College shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioner and shall permit the Petitioner to prosecute further studies, subject to the decision in respect of the tribe validation claim pending with the Scrutiny Committee.

3.

Respondent No.4 University is directed to

declare the result of the Petitioner of First Semester of First Year Full Time Degree Course in Engineering Technology forthwith and permit the Petitioner to appear in the next examination. 4.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
