By an order dated 29th November, 2017, simple notice was issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3, making the same returnable on 24th January, 2018. It seems that subsequently, certain orders were passed calling upon the officer to remain present in this Court.

Today, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court is now duly complied with and the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present contempt petition no more survives. 4.
