This civil application has been filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited pursuant to order dated 18-04-2016 passed in civil application no. 5097 of 2016. Order dated 18-04-2016 is self speaking.

Over and above this, there has been continual absence on behalf of respondents from the last three occasions. In the circumstances, it is a reflection of non resistance to the application.

As such, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
