Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that in terms of the interim order passed on 08/02/2019, the appellant has deposited the amount in the Court. Perusal of the record reveals that the amount of Rs. 2,08,329/- has been deposited by the appellant/insurance company.

In view of deposit of amount, the interim order is made absolute.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The application stands disposed of.
