The bailable warrant is served upon Mr. Nitin Prabhakar Ambure, Exeuctive Engineer, Osmanabad Medium Project Division, Osmanabad. He is present in the Court.

Mr. Rajale, the learned counsel submits that the respondents are ready to acquire 18 Are land of the petitioner by private negotiation and getting the Sale Deed executed.

The respondents and the petitioners may

If the land is not acquired by private negotiation within a period of four (04) months or the parties are not at consensus for acquisition by private negotiation within four (04) months, then the respondents shall start acquisition proceedings within a period of two (02) months thereafter, and shall complete it within the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
