After having gone through the FIR, police papers and injury certificate, we are not inclined to issue notice. According to the learned counsel for applicants, Section 307 does not get attracted against applicant Nos.2 and 3. Needless to mention, the Trial Court would frame charge after hearing the applicants and the State as well. The applicants want to prefer application for discharge. With the same liberty, the application stands disposed of.
