2] Issue notice to respondents.

3] Shri V.B. Patil Advocate appears and submits that he has already fled Vakalatnama for the respondents claimants. 4] By consent, the applications are taken up for hearing. 5] On due consideration of the submissions in the light of cause assigned seeking condonation of delay, I am of the view that the delay caused in fling appeals deserves to be condoned. No prejudice would be caused to other wise if delay is condoned. 6] Accordingly, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) in respective applications. Delay condoned. Appeals be registered.
