Learned counsel for respondent has placed on record communication issued by the bank on 10.04.2017. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

It is recorded in the communication that because of certain administrative difficulties the amount of provident fund could not be disbursed until the end of March 2017 and appropriate steps would be taken for disbursement of the amount by the end of April 2017. The petitioner shall approach the bank and receive the amount.

In view of the assurance given on behalf of the bank, the
