Heard learned counsel for the applicants - original plaintiff Nos.1 and 2. It is submitted that notice of respondent No.8-D is returned unserved with remark that said respondent is not residing on the given address. Further it is submitted that applicant came to know that said respondent is residing at Thane, but despite sincere efforts applicant could not get correct and exact address of said respondent. Therefore, request for substituted service i.e. paper publication is made.
