The petitioner has raised objection to the validation certificate issued by respondent No. 3 in favour of respondent No. 5 certifying that she belongs to "Rangari" Caste, which is included in OBC category. Only objection raised is that the Scrutiny Committee has issued validation certificate on the same day on which application/proposal was received by the Committee. The proposal tendered by respondent No. 5 is accompanied with school record, wherein there is entry in respect of caste of respondent No. 5 of she belonging to "Rangari" Caste. The school record of respondent No. 5 is of the year 1951, whereas the cut off date for recording entries in relation to the relevant caste is 13-10-1969. Apart from this, the petitioner does not state on oath that respondent No. 5 does not belong to OBC category and

2 WP-2606.16 "Rangari" caste and that he has secured the certificate by playing fraud or on the basis of manipulated record.

On perusal of the petition, we are convinced that no ground is made out to cause interference in exercise of the extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
