This application is filed for correction of the figure of the amount to be redeposited in this Court for release of security already furnished the amount of Rs.12,98,587/- to be corrected as Rs.25,97,173/-. In view of the the same, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The amount in order dated 28th November, 2024 be corrected accordingly.

Office to act on corrected copy of the order. Needless to say that the amount be redeposited alongwith interest. 4.
