Learned counsel submits that the applications are filed by the petitioners with the Respondent No.2 for issuance of tribe certificates of Koli-Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe. It is not yet decided since August 2017.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for

2 W.P.No.13781/17 Respondents and submits that the applications would be decided on its own merits.

In case the applications of the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates are pending with Respondent No.2 then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months. The petitioners shall appear before Respondent No.2 on 4.12.2017.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
