The present application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 13812 of 2021 alongwith Civil Application Stamp No. 13814 of 2021, of which registration is refused under order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 9.3.2023.

There is a delay of 261 days caused in filing the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, same deserves to be allowed subject to certain conditions.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicant removes office objection
