The applicants are praying for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. The respondent-Acquiring Body has deposited 80% of the amount in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in each of the appeals.

In view of my earlier order dated 17.11.2025 passed in First Appeal No. 3030/2021, the claimants were permitted to receive 60% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 20% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. I find no difficulty in adopting the same course. In present matter also 80% of the amount is deposited by the Acquiring Body in each appeals. 1/2

The Civil Applications are allowed permitting the applicants to receive 60% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 20% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
