Learned counsel for applicant states that on account of illness of mother as well as for the domestic responsibilities and financial constraints applicant could not file application in time and therefore delay of 219 days is caused in making the application for leave to appeal.

In spite of service of notice none appeared for respondent no.1 which indicates that respondent no.1 is not interested in opposing application. No mala fides attributed to applicant for delay. 1/2

Hence, following order:

ORDER
