The petitioner is merely seeking a direction to the officers under the charity organization for expeditious decision of change report under Section 41 (A) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. 3.

Needless to state that there is a statutory time limit of three months for taking a decision in a contested change report inquiry. We dispose of the writ petition by requesting the concerned Assistant Charity Commissioner/Deputy Charity Commissioner to expeditiously decide the Application No.478/2021 and pass appropriate order as early as possible and in any event within six months.
