There is delay of 164 days caused in filing the present civil application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3 on record. Legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3 are staying at various places. The applicant, after collecting the information as to the names, addresses of the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.3, immediately filed the application. 3.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
