By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that, the tribe claim of the petitioner pending before the caste scrutiny committee since 21.03.2025 be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner desires to prosecute the studies, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent/caste scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as
