These applications are filed seeking withdrawal of interest amount on the compensation.

Though the Registry has made endorsement on the board that the amount is not deposited in this Court, the same appears to be incorrect, as orders placed on record by learned advocate for applicants show that earlier the applicants have withdrawn 40% amount initially and subsequently 60% amount along with accrued interest thereon. Now the accrued interest on 40% amount earlier withdrawn by applicants is sought to be withdrawn.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw interest component on 40% amount withdrawn earlier by them.
