Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 12-08-2015 the amount has been deposited by the appellant - respondent herein in this court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that partial amount is being deposited towards the maintenance from the amount awarded by the court and that she is entitled to the same. Day by day her living is becoming miserable for want of adequate money with her. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent, however, purports to resist the application stating that he does not owe any amount to the applicant

2 ca-16974.15 and he is not liable to pay anything more. Looking at orders passed by the trial court as well as appellate court, I deem it appropriate that application deserves to be granted.

In view of the reasons, which have been given by the applicant, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of.
