These matters were not on board. A motion was moved at 10.30 a.m. today submitting that, in identical group of petitions in Writ Petition No.6152/2019 and others, this Court has delivered a

PB WP NO 14857 to 14859 of 2019.odt verdict on 04/09/2018 and 12/07/2019. A similar order was passed in another group of Writ Petition Nos. 10603/2019 to 10610/2019 on 04/10/2019. Hence, taken on production board by the consent of the parties. 3.

Heard.

In identical Writ Petition No.6152/2019, decided on 12/07/2019 and Writ Petition No.8315/2018 to 8317/2018 and 8323/2018, 8325/2018, 8328/2018, 8400/2018, decided on 04/09/2018, this Court has partly allowed those petitions filed by such petitioners, wherein the rate of interest granted @ 10% per annum, was reduced to 6% per annum. In all these cases, the rate of interest is @ 10% per annum.

These petitions are, therefore, partly allowed only to the extent of reducing the interest from 10% per annum to 6% per annum.
