Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is delay in depositing the cost amount as directed by this court, before the first appellate court. Learned counsel submits that though applicants have tried to tender the cost amount before the appellate court, however, the same could not be accepted, as the record and proceedings were not received within stipulated time. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents submits that additional cost may be imposed on the applicants since the cost amount is not deposited within time. 3.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the amount
