Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 - Acquiring Body. 2.
By the present Application, the Applicants have prayed for permission to withdraw the amount to the extent of their share, i.e. 1/6th. There is no dispute that, initially, the Claimants were permitted to withdraw 75% amount under the Award and subsequently, by order dated 13/10/2025, the Claimants were permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount on submitting solvent security / surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

According to the Applicants, who are four [04] in number, the other two [02] Claimants, i.e. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the Application, are not
19-CA-13577-2025.odt coming forward to complete the formalities for withdrawing of the remaining amount pursuant to the order of this Court. Therefore, the Applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of their respective shares. 4.
This Court, by order dated 10/04/2023, passed in Civil Application No.604/2023, has permitted the Applicants to withdraw the amount to the extent of their respective share. In this view of the matter, the Applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount pursuant to the order dated 13/10/2025, to that extent of their respective shares. The rest of the terms of the order shall remain the same.

Application stands disposed off accordingly.
