Present Writ Petition is filed against the order rejecting application for temporary injunction in the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment and decree passed in Civil Suit.

This Court on 07.01.2016 had passed an order directing the parties to maintain status-quo as on the said date.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for both the parties that now, the appeal is fixed for final hearing in the month of June, 2017. 5.

In view of the above, I am not entering into the contentions of the respective parties on merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with direction that the appellate Court shall decide the appeal on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably, within four months from today.

Till the appeal is decided, the interim order passed by this Court on 07.01.2016 shall remain in force.
