The petitioner challenges his reversion from the post of Extension Officer to that of Primary Teacher. 3.

Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1964 provides for a remedy of appeal. 4.

In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. 5.
