Though served, none for the respondent.

The application is for transfer of the proceedings bearing Petition No.A/16/2023 pending before Family Court at Latur to Family Court at Nanded.

It is the case of the applicant that she is residing at Nanded with a child aged 1 and half years. Two proceedings are pending at Nanded. One complaint is filed for the offence

(2) punishable under Section 498-A of the IPC with Nanded Police Station and one proceeding is under Section 125 of the Cr. P. C. for the maintenance.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Proceeding in Petition A No.16 of 2023 pending before the Court of leaned Judge, Family Court, Latur stands transferred to Family Court, Nanded.

(ii) After the proceeding is transferred, learned Family Court, Nanded shall try to dispose of the proceeding as early as possible and preferably within one year from the date of transfer.

(iii) The Family Court shall give suitable dates considering the dates given in other proceedings.

(3) (iv) The respondent is at liberty to request the concerned Court for appearing through video conference.

(v) The applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and shall co-operate in speedy disposal of the case.
