The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses "B" and "C" as under:- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 01.03.2019 to 28.02.2022 by deciding proposal dated 12.04.2022 (Annexure-B) submitted by respondent No.3 and thereafter as an Assistant Teacher w.e.f. 01.03.2022.

C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to sanction and release salary of the petitioner from the salary grants payable to the respondent No.4 school." 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the

wp971.23 -2proposal dated 12.4.2022 is pending with respondent No.2. A direction to decide the said proposal at this stage would satisfy the petitioner and this petition can be disposed off. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal dated 12.4.2022, on it's own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law.

We expect, this exercise to be completed on or before 31.03.2023.
